About us

VV Productions blossomed from the creative passion of founder Salmon Botha

 - an aspiring videographer drawn to the wild beauty of South Africa's Bushveld as a young artist in 2005. 

Inspired by the region’s most alluring creature, the Vlakvark, 

Salmon devoted himself to honouring love stories, memory through moving imagery with the spirit of his muse.

In crossing paths with kindred creative force and photographer Monika in 2009,

 Salmon found both his life and professional partner. 

Together, they nurtured VV Productions to enrich every wedding celebration, school or corporate event

 with heartfelt photos and videos conveying the essence of new beginnings, joyful unions, 

and lifelong memories and what matters most - true human connection.

Now, many chapters later, the VV Productions family has grown! 

We've welcomed two sons, Neil and Wico as Salmon and Monika's happily-ever-after.

Our talented creative clan has also expanded across editing, production and client care.

Most importantly, the same ideals that sparked VV's origins still drive us - embracing every couple or event manager like trusted friends 

through their journey while safeguarding their memories with craftsmanship, care and experience that endure.
